Selling tickets or running events? We'll handle the check-in.

Resell Qflow under your own brand — or bundle it as a capability your customers never knew was powered by us. A branded web dashboard at your own subdomain, plus custom mobile check-in apps in the App Store and Play Store. Get live fast with iFrame SSO, or build your own UI on the API.

Customisation · your brand, end-to-end

Your check-in. Your colours. Your language.

Every white-label tenant gets a custom-built iOS and Android app, a brand-painted web dashboard, and full translation into every language your events run in. The check-in expertise is ours; the brand stays yours.

Custom app design

We design and build your apps with you — icon, splash, colours, navigation, content. You bring the brand; we bring 13 years of check-in experience.

Fully translatable

Every label, modal, button, and email template renders in your audience's language. Add a locale — we handle the rendering across dashboard, app, and comms.

Live sync, both ways

Every check-in, edit, and guest import flows between dashboard and app in real time. Both sides of your operation see the same truth, instantly.

And: the user docs are written.

Branded help articles for app, dashboard, and check-in flows — ready to ship the day your apps land. Your users get answers; your team skips writing them.

Why not build it

The build trap.

"How hard can event check-in be?" — every team that's tried. The honest answer: harder than it looks. Offline modes, NFC variance across iOS and Android, GDPR around scanned data, retried sends on flaky venue Wi-Fi, store re-submissions, signing certificate expiries. Here's what changes when you don't build it yourself.

You build it

  • 6–12 months to a v1 you'd actually trust at a venue
  • $150k–$500k+ to ship the first version
  • Dedicated iOS + Android team needed, ongoing
  • Edge cases you've not encountered yet — each one a fire-drill
  • Maintenance burden forever; certs, SDK bumps, OS changes
  • Store submissions and review-dance on you, solo
  • Real risk of abandonment when product priorities shift

You use Qflow

  • Live in days; fully branded in 2–6 weeks
  • $120/month + 1.5¢ per check-in to get going
  • Apps built and maintained for you
  • 13 years of edge cases handled — battle-tested
  • We own the maintenance burden
  • We co-pilot Apple + Google submissions
  • Battle-tested by 10M+ check-ins / month, every month
Common questions

Questions we hear a lot.

Do we own our data?

Yes. Every event, attendee, and check-in record belongs to your account. Export at any time via the API — if you ever leave, you take everything with you. No lock-in, no exit fees.

What happens if the venue Wi-Fi fails?

The app works fully offline. Scans queue locally and sync the moment connectivity returns — no missed check-ins on a patchy venue connection. 100% reliable means 100% reliable.

How quickly can we launch?

Web dashboard + iFrame SSO: same day. Custom-branded native apps: typically 2–6 weeks from kick-off call through store submission. We handle the build and walk you through the store-side dance.

Can we connect our existing ticketing system?

Yes. The REST API lets you push attendees from your platform in real time. Integrators commonly sync from Eventbrite, Tito, Bookwhen, custom CRMs, and bespoke ticket flows.

What languages do you support?

Any language your events run in. The dashboard, apps, and email templates are fully translatable — add a locale, and every label, modal, and confirmation renders in that language.

Do you provide support documentation we can give our users?

Yes. We ship a full library of branded how-to guides covering the app, the dashboard, check-in flows, and ticket scanning — rebranded with your name, logo, and tone. Saves you the quarter you'd otherwise spend writing support content from scratch, and your users have answers ready from day one.

How does pricing scale for enterprise volume?

The published rates apply up to roughly a few million check-ins per year. Multi-million contracts get volume discounts, custom payment terms, and dedicated onboarding — drop us a line.

Do you store payment / PII data?

We store attendee metadata you push (name, email, ticket type, custom fields). We don't process payments — your ticketing platform owns that. All data is GDPR-handled, hosted on Azure (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001).
